Riding for me is a passion that is barely fulfilled. Teaching HS is what I do to pay the bills. Between work, and one son in the USAF, and another off rock climbing between school days. I need some sanity.
Ride'em like you'd like to be ridden.
Thank God for Horses. B>)

School's out for SUMMER!!
ok, so I have a 3 day weekend (wait, I know, don't tell me everybody has this holiday- I am living the fantasy of "its only me who has the 3 day weekend.") Then a week chauk full of meetings, then 4 weeks of summer school. Great, so schools out for the successfull kids who passed their classes and weren't deadbeats during the 40 weeks previous... and me. Teaching Algebra 2 to all the cherubs who wouldn't for one reason or another FOCUS (nod to the Calculus kids there) and complete the units in regular time. They get 16 days to relearn/redo all same material and tests at warp speed. It woulds out to be about twice as fast as normal school time wise 2.5 hours = 1 week in regular school year. <-- thats about 2.5 days and then test, with a quiz every day start. If you reading this and signed up, bring your pencils/pen and paper as we start off running and don't stop for nothing. Expect homework to the tune of 2 hours a night at least and remember you could've done this during the year at half the pace. Math dept policy requires that 70-80% of the grade be based on assessments, so your tests an quizzes will matter. the 20-30% left is the cushion for those of you who don't test well (in the 90% average range). C u in 116 on June 7th, gotta ride... E>)
